Our data promise

Any personal information you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or shared with anybody outside of N1 Garden Centre/W6 Garden Centre, other than those described under Third Party Services below.

When you give us your personal data, we only use it for the purposes of selling you a Christmas tree and/or other product and delivering it to your chosen address.

Third Party Services

Outside of this website, we use the following third party services to collect & store your personal information:

  • Stripe (payment processing)

These providers have their own privacy policies that you can refer to if required.

We may also pass on details concerning your order (such as your address) to third party couriers for the purposes of fulfilling delivery.

Credit/Debit Card Details

We use Stripe process payments and N1 Garden Centre/W6 Garden Centre will not store payment card details. Your details are transmitted directly to Stripe in a secure and encrypted way.

Cookies

A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows N1 Garden Centre/W6 Garden Centre to recognise you each time you visit this site. The cookies we use are:

‘Session’ Cookies: As described above, we use cookies stored by your browser to identify whether you’ve visited the site before and, for example, keep a product in your basket.

Anonymous User Cookies: Google Analytics is used to give us information about user behaviour in an anonymous way.
